HX.Deals provides its customers with three (3) convenient methods of delivery:
- Courier (door to door) – We offer our customers options of getting their parcel directly to their home or office (door to door delivery).
- Courier (collect at a nearby store) The other option being is we give our customers is delivery at the closest store to you whereever you in South Africa. The reason we do this just so don’t have a where the courier company came to deliver your parcel but you were not at home or no one could sign for it at work because you were not there. Rather you can select to get your parcel delivered, for example at Clicks store in your area after you get a notification saying you parcel has been delivered then you can go collect it at a time that suits you. All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you at checkout;
- Collect – You can choose to collect from our store at Somerset Mall, or to the nearest town. Collection hours: Weekdays 09h00 – 16h30, weekends and public holidays (closed)
It is very important to note that we do not ship internationally at the moment.
Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 4 working days and handed over to a third-party courier company for delivery. Unless otherwise specified, delivery is free. For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers, The Provider will deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by our couriers within their normal routes. In these circumstances, the Provider will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address.
The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
- The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorized. For credit cards this means that once the bank gives us an authorization code. For cash deposits and Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account. Business days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.
If a product goes out of stock, it will reflect as such on the website or will no longer be visible on the website.
We do our best to prevent sales of products that are out of stock, but due to the digital nature of our business the opportunity exists for an item to go out of stock after an order is placed. If you have already ordered the product on the website when it goes out of stock, we’ll let you know. You will then have the option to be refunded or credited for any amount already paid by you, or you can wait until the product comes into stock again.
